As we approach the holiday season and year end, I am grateful for reflecting on the goals that I set for our business, my family and myself personally. The word that keeps coming to me is GRATITUDE.

With 2020 being a year of such uncertainty, I was cautious with what 2021 would bring G. Everett. But I am truly amazed by the growth that we saw this year. This growth wouldn’t be possible without our amazing clients, both new and repeat clients from years past asking us to come back and help out with another project which is the ultimate thank you. Many of our past clients have referred us to new clients which we are so grateful for.

2021 can also be described as unprecedented. Supply chain issues impact our business daily. Shipping and logistic issues continue to be troublesome, but I am grateful for my clients’ understanding and sympathy as we deal with these issues head on. We are hopeful that long lead times and delays will slowly dissipate, but are also preparing for what might be a new normal, at least a little while longer.

We expanded our team this year, with us hiring a new member. Katie immediately hit the ground running, and we are lucky to have her. She is also taking on an expanded role in 2022, which I think we are both so excited about (more of you will be hearing from her in the new year).

We have made a lot of strategic investments in the business which set us up for the future in better ways that also impact you as our clients, future clients and partners. We are excited to share more with you in the coming months and hope these investments will streamline a lot of our client experience. We have also formed some really strong partnerships with vendors and community partners that will be extremely beneficial for our clients!

I am grateful for what I have learned this past year and what I continue to learn. I am grateful for my clients teaching me new things every day and grateful for my partners and their expertise.

Again, as I reflect on this past year, I am overcome with emotion to remember how far this business has come. It is cliche to say, but anyone that knows me knows that I have always wanted to have my own business. I am beyond grateful to see my dreams coming true and seeing how this business has grown. The growth wouldn’t be possible without our clients. Thank you everyone for letting me fulfill my childhood dreams.

I hope this holiday season brings you much joy and happiness, and I can’t wait to see what 2022 brings to you! Thank you again for being on this ride with us.

Happy Holiday’s!
